Looking for a place like home

Hey I'm Nick! I work a lot and have no social life so you'll never really be aware of me haha. I work early mornings right now (P) and when I'm not at work I'm in front of my laptop keeping to myself haha. I'm Metro-sexual so I take very good care of myself and my things so I am very clean and well kept. I am capable of light clutter but when I finally do have time I take care of it quicker than I make aforementioned clutter. I'm very relaxed and have a it is what it is type approach to most things. I take responsibilities seriously though so no worries about rent being on time. Chances are I'll get it early just to be on the safe side haha. I'm not a partier and I like my peace and quiet and give what I expect. I'm kind and respectful but I (like you I hope) have a very low tolerance for bs. As long as we both keep things upfront and on the up and up there will never be a problem. I'll exist until I eventually move on and you'll never really be aware of me being there except when the rent hits haha.
