ba SB, Seeking Dec 1st

Description

I’m looking for someone to take over my roommate’s spot on the lease for our ba apartment (Preferably tidy & organized). The place is located downtown right off the reserved parking space, 3 shared spaces, and street side parking.
The apartment will be available for move-in December 1st but I can help facilitate tours prior. Apartment is pet friendly too! Believe it’s an addtl. fee but can confirm with property manager.
