Hey everyone! I’m looking for a girl to take over my lease on a room, total of $/month (included base rent, amenity fee, trash fee, and convenience fee), as I am moving abroad. I'm looking for someone who would like to take over the lease at the beginning of January ( through July .
The apartment has a full kitchen with stainless steal appliances (fridge, oven, stove, microwave, and dish washer), we also share all kitchen utensils and pots and pans. The main area also comes fully furnished with a dining room table, 4 chairs, coffee table, sofa, the table under the TV, the TV, and a trash can. The provided trash can is for their trash service that they provide which is $ a month. There’s in-unit washer and dryer as well. The room has a shared bathroom with one person and is fully furnished with a bed, desk, desk chair, bed side table, and -drawer dressers (which fit under the bed or in the closet). All utilities are included.
