Hi all! Me + my roommate Geralyn are looking for a third roommate to resign our lease by ! Move in would be Jan but possibly sooner depending on when the current roommate moves out. Rent for the room is $. We’ve lived here a year and really like the place (and the price) and building management is very responsive.

About the space:
We are right on Washington street, 2 blocks from the PATH, & the bus is across the street. Great location and surprisingly quiet, since our unit is in the rear of the building.
We are a 1st floor walk up on top of a retail store, with only 1 neighbor. Super close to bars/restaurants, various fitness centers.

Your room has 2 windows and is huge. You have a closet in the living room, but the room is big enough for a wardrobe and a queen size bed + furniture.

About us:
We are both very chill! Both of us are homebodies and Geralyn loves to bake, I cook a few times a week.

Lisette: I am & I have a cat named Lady, she’s old and very friendly, doesn’t really bother anyone but me. I WFH 3 days a week, in office the other 2, and generally am a homebody but I do workout classes and rock climbing a few times a week. Would be happy to introduce someone to rock climbing!

Geralyn: I’m and i like to bake. I work in nonprofit and do therapy on the side. I’m usually remote but I’m in person every now and then. I tend to keep to myself but pretty friendly (just shy). I cook and bake sometimes so if not in my room probably in the kitchen.

About you:
We are looking for someone who is clean and respectful, another young professional girlie around our age.
