I am moving and my dear friend Romo Hallahan is looking for some some one(s) to take over for my absolutely stunning, spacious bedroom for the remainder of the lease (end of March ) - with possibility of extension or lease takeover!

My apartment is a stunning -bathroom duplex with 2 separate entrances! Laundry in building, elevator building, and roof access with a gorgeous city view.

2 min walk to the M/, mins walk to bustling Steinway!

You will have full access to all common areas - up-to- date kitchen, a beautiful living room with tons of natural light, spacious shared bathroom

You would have your own gorgeous private bedroom that comfortably fits a queen bed, two night tables, two dressers, and more with a large, well-lit closet and storage.

The bedroom has three west-facing windows out onto a private driveway.

It is quiet and comfortable.

About ROMO:
"Work in theater production at a multi-venue arts center so hours can be funky. I will be in the downstairs bedroom.

I do like to host shindigs of varying sizes on occasion so someone not opposed or enjoys entertaining would be ideal.

With two separate entrances we could still have our space and independence!
