We are looking for a woman roommate for our lovely, and modern back house with a parking spot and soon to be installed washer/dryer (hook-ups in). You would have your own bath as well, the room is a good size, it can come furnished or unfurnished. Cynthia and her yr. old son live in the other two room. They are so cool and really nice to live with. I love living in community and chose to have roommates as opposed to living alone. There is a small kitchen, dining room and a hang-out living room space for a tv or reading room. The house is in a quiet neighborhood and has a private entrance in an alley behind a secure automatic gate.
