I have a private room for rent in a bath townhome. Located in Columbia, PA a short distance from Lancaster. Rent is $ per month plus half utilities which can range from depending on heat/ac usage and quarterly

ROOM for rent in row home in Columbia. Looking for similarly aged single person (no kids, couples, families or pets please) (I’m Female) to rent a spare room in my bath home. Room is about , two large windows in the front of the home. Faces the street. Ample sunlight and a good breeze with the windows open. There is no closet in the room (built in early s) but there is a good sized closet in the full bath. Home was gutted and updated in with natural gas heat, central air, new windows, kitchen, baths, etc. Shared kitchen, living, dining, laundry, full and half bath. Full bath has a double vanity so we each get our own sink. Private fenced in back yard and patio/courtyard. Must be okay with and like dogs, I have 2 female dogs (black lab and pitbull) who have free range of the house and yard. (Crated at times but usually not). Home is a row home on the outskirts of the “city” of Columbia. Down a one way street. It is street parking. Rent is $ per month plus half utilities. Utilities range from depending on heat/ac usage and quarterly bills. I have streaming services we can share/split. Must be able to clean up after yourself. No pets allowed

Rent is due on the th of the month.

There is a formal lease to sign. Serious inquiries only. Room is available in January. Previous rental/financial references preferred.

I’m a single, quiet female who works full and part time, and is going back to school. I have friends over sometimes, babysit nieces, have family over, go out on occasion, Netflix it up. I drink on occasion. I am friendly and do have my medical . NO cigarettes PERIOD.
