Hello, I'm graduating this semester and I'm looking for someone to take over my lease in the Hills Southview from January to June of . The apartment is newly renovated, each bedroom has an attached bathroom and all utilities are included in the rent. Rent is $ a month, but I am willing to pay a portion of rent each month.
