Private Room for Rent

Hi! My roommate and I are looking for a third person to fill up the remaining bedroom in our 3 bedroom apartment. It’s located in Van nuys in a pretty quiet neighborhood close to a grocery store. It is a pretty spacious apartment with an in-unit washer and dryer, a dishwasher, central heating/ AC, and there is a parking spot available if you have a car. The rent is $
plus utilities. And there is a one month’s rent deposit upon move in.

My roommate and I work a lot but when we’re home, we’re pretty quiet and like to keep a chill environment with the occasional movie night if we’re free. Would be a plus if you’re okay with animals, we don’t have any in the house but have thought about possibly getting a cat.

Must be LGBTQIA+ friendly, have a steady income able to pay bills on time and clean up after yourself. We don’t accept any kind of bigotry. In all honesty, if you’re in anyway a Trump supporter or have any of those kinds of beliefs, it’s not going to work out.

We’re looking for someone to move in beginning of December or at least secure the spot if you’re not able to move in so quickly. If you are interested please message and we can set up a meeting and tour of the apartment to see if it’ll be a good fit. :)
