Price: $ + utilities (which comes to about ~$/person); rent controlled

Available date: November 3rd (I would be flexible with December as well), open to both short & long term (up to months)

Location: Yonge & Eglinton (5 minutes walk away from Eglinton station)

What is your relationship to the unit: I am the current tenant/lease holder.
Lease terms: Flexible short and long term; Rent paid to leaseholder. I would prefer to sign a roommate agreement but you will not be added to the current lease.

Required documents for application:
-Proof of income
-Proof of identification
-Last month’s rent deposit
-First month’s rent to be paid a day before your move in

Additional Information:
I am in my 's working in hospitality. I have been living in this rent controlled unit for years now, and seeking for a female roommate due to unforeseen circumstances. When I am home, I prefer being quiet just relaxing!
