Available now. The bedroom available is furnished with a queen bed frame/mattress/box spring, shelf, desk, dresser, closet, echo speaker, smart light bulbs, and articulating TV wall mount (up to in). I’d like for the lease to be 3 months then a month to month in case my personal situation changes or it ends up being a bad fit. NO KIDS, NO COUPLES, & NO PETS.

I am years old and run my own business. I enjoy. fitness, music, fashion, sports, and the outdoors. I keep a tidy home; need someone respectful, trustworthy, responsible, and conscious of boundaries. I’ve lived here for 3 years now and don’t plan on moving anytime soon, please understand you are renting a room in my home.

The Living room is fully furnished with a queen sleeper sofa, two chairs, coffee table, side tables, 4K Smart TV, surround sound, & a mini fridge. Gigabit mesh internet. Smart lights, smart speakers. Ring doorbell and Ring Alarm system.

The house is midtown. Less than a mile walk to UNCW, minutes to downtown, and minutes to Wrightsville Beach. Close to everything Wilmington has to offer. Spacious bath home. Recently renovated kitchen and bath. Washer and dryer, dishwasher, stoves microwave, toaster oven, keurig, reverse osmosis water. Large, private, open yard. Plenty of private off-street parking. Covered front porch with a speaker/lights, and a back porch.

Lawn care is paid for. Brand new AC unit, smart thermostat, & roof were installed this year. There are 3 utility bills to pay: including trash/recycling/water(CFPUA), electric (Duke Energy), internet (Spectrum).

Proof of income for the past 3 months and Equifax, Transunion, Experian or FICO credit score reports are needed before you will be able to sign. (You can get this for free through Credit Karma/Experian on their app/). If we decide you’re a good fit as a roomate. You will need to agree to both a sublease & roomate agreement.
