I’m in the master bedroom. The room available has a walk in closet, balcony and the common area bathroom.

Location: walking distance to all bars and restaurants, on the walking score. Right near highway entrances, mins to the beach!

Rent: ~ (I will resign my lease in February so not sure how much they will raise it)

with some flexibility for the right fit!

Laundry: on shared between 6 other units.
Street parking without street sweeping signs.
We have a shared garage for storage but I park in the garage.

I am looking for someone who is respectful, mature, and communicates well. A plus if you work from home! The apartment is already furnished except for bedroom.

About me:
I’m and I work 3 jobs one of which is flight attending. I am not home very often so you will often have the place to yourself! I travel around half the month for work/fun and am looking for a housemate who loves cats!

I’m outgoing and communicative. I’m either out with friends or a couch potato. I love music, the beach and being active/traveling.

My cat is around 8 years old and very loving. I can pay a small amount for you taking care of her while I am gone. Sorry no other animals 😞
