While the room is compact and has limited storage, it can provide a comfortable space in an urban setting. Access to the kitchen is restricted due to my food allergies. Unfortunately, there are no laundry facilities on the premises, but off-street parking is available. Overnight guests are not allowed, and we prefer to limit visitor access.

We are seeking clean, respectful, and drug-free individuals who are mature and responsible, ideally those who are easy-going and quiet. Smoking and pets are not allowed due to the presence of Miss Luna, our resident cat. Candidates should demonstrate financial stability, good character, and respectful behavior.
