hello! my roommates and i are looking for someone to take over our lease by the end of october at the soonest. it will be a fully vacant apartment, at table rock. rent is listed (includes internet) not including other utilities. the lease runs until July , but you do currently have the option to renew. I included a picture of the layout, however our unit does not include a walk in closet in the master bedroom, and only the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.
