Hello!

My name is Becks and I’m looking for a new roommate for the master bedroom in my apartment starting around the beginning of November (precise dates to come soon). Please read below and if you have any additional questions feel free to ask! If you’re seriously interested, we can set up a time to meet and give a tour. Looking to find someone who is respectful, willing to take turns cleaning the apartment weekly, and is both social and keeps to themselves. zFEMALE in the late ’s.

THE BEDROOM: spacious, well lit, with a big closet.

THE BATHROOM: you will have a half bathroom in your bedroom! The larger bathroom is mine, and it includes a small shower and bathtub. You will be able to use it to shower or for the occasional bath!

THE KITCHEN: modern with plenty of storage!

THE LIVING ROOM: cozy, well lit, great air flow and already furnished! Though if you have a furniture of your own, I’m happy to discuss options.

NO A/C but we have ceiling fans in the bedroom and great airflow in the apartment with the windows and doors open! We have heating.

PETS: I will most likely be getting a cat in the next month or so!

RENT for your bedroom is $. The lease is currently in my name and we are MONTH TO MONTH. You would have to submit an application to the property manager.

PARKING: street parking is easily available!

LAUNDRY is available downstairs and is credit operated, which is so convenient!
