Yes Rent does include utilities! I’m renting out my room on a three month contract! My girlfriend and I are considering moving in together permanently, so I don’t need my room

My room is blacked out for comfortable sleeping (it gets really bright) king size bed, desk, drawers, closet and space free to use. Goals and vision board will be taken down !
I own the property so me if you need anything. It features a comfortable thre bath house
The master bedroom has its own bathroom and entrance and is shared by a couple. Joe and Alexa
And the shared bathroom is Michael! Michael owns a company and spends most of his time at work as well as Joe and Alexa

The laundry room has In house washer and dryer, ironing table, and cabinets !

• Netflix access and parking
The cleaning staff will come into the house wash your bathroom, sweep, vacuum, mop, sweep, can do your laundry and fold your clothes. She wipes down all counters and windows in the house every other week!

About the Property:

• You’ll share the home with two friendly but shy cats who mostly stay in the second bedroom, but roam to eat or use the litter box.
• There’s also a dog who stays outside in the backyard and never enters the house.
