Looking for private room/bath

Hello! I hope this message finds you all well! My name is Amina and I'll be moving to Minneapolis before the end of October and am trying to have a place secured before I get up there!
A little about myself: Black, . I mostly keep to myself but always welcome an integrated and friendly exchange. I love the arts and am an avid reader, love acting and going to the theater, movies, anime, outdoor activities/festivals (if not too hot). I'm trying to learn more about and get into sewing, gardening, and homemaking so I am very interested in making connections with those who have knowledge/ facilities that align with those interests. A bit of a homebody, love animals (especially cats), very clean , and relatively quiet although I do like a good jam sesh every now and then.
What I'm looking for: Preferably a private bed and bath, but fine with shared bathroom. I'll be working on the Augsburg University campus so a location within walking distance or can be reached by public transportation to the campus is integral. Grocery stores and convenience stores in walking distance as well for personal items and food would be great!
