—Great vintage vibe to the house and in great shape.
—Washer dryer, large kitchen and living room area as well as big backyard and patio/ grill area in the back.
Your housemates:
—I’m a year old male with a full time job selling vintage clothing. I love music, art, cooking. I’m looking ideally for grad students or young working adults who don’t drink/ smoke/ party too much. A little bit is OK, but this is not a party house.
—no pets!
— there will be 2 other housemates, who I have not chosen yet. If you’re looking to move in with friends, I’m open to discussing. Ideally no couples, please.
—Lease to start september 1, but I am clearing the house of all the previous owners stuff, as well as doing some renovations, so the first months’ rent will be discounted.
