Looking for someone in college (girl)
to take over my lease at Plaza on University apartments across the street from UCF. Great apartment, fully furnished, and very safe. I lived here for 3 years and never had any significant problems, I’m re-letting because I had to move home for personal reasons. The rent is which is a discounted rate and then I pay for garage parking which is optional ($) and then utilities are typically $ each month. Floors have been newly redone as well, and no carpet. AUGUST RENT IS ALREADY PAID! It’s a great location with lots of businesses/restaurants under the apartments and has buses to campus as well.
