Furnished Master Bedroom

I have a furnished Master Bedroom with attached master bathroom for rent. 3 other rooms upstairs that currently have roommates. This is the only one left. All roommates are working professional, have had background checks and very respectful. Looking for someone who is respectful of others. No parties or overnight guests. Some exception to overnight guest allowed with permission but in most cases no
