This is a fully furnished (except for the bedroom) apartment in a well-maintained and beautifully landscaped gated community. It’s square feet. It’s upstairs in a 2 story building, accessible by a flight of stairs.The building itself is very quiet. All the neighbors are respectful about noise levels, for the most part. It’s peaceful.The living room is fully furnished and comfortable. I have an air conditioner in the window. There’s a large screen smart tv and I have several streaming app subscriptions on there. There’s also a wood burning fireplace for those cozy winter evenings.The kitchen is a shared area with plenty of cabinet space for your own things!There is a lot of nature surrounding the complex and a nice patio to view it from.There’s a washer and dryer in-unit, along with a dishwasher.The bathroom has a double vanity.
