Hi there! My name is Emily, I’m years old, and I’m looking to lease or sublet a pet-friendly room starting at the end of June (my lease ends June th). Ideally, I’d love a place with parking and, if possible, my own bathroom (not a deal-breaker, though!). I’m focusing my search in the West Highlands, Sloan’s Lake, or Edgewater areas, and my budget is up to $/month. A little about me: I’m originally from New Hampshire and moved to Colorado after graduating college. I work in the service industry as a bartender at a brewery and restaurant, so I mostly work evenings. I’m clean, respectful, and always happy to communicate about volume, cleanliness, or anything else. In my free time, I’m all about the outdoors—snowboarding, hiking, paddling, camping—you name it! I also love going to concerts and exploring new places around the city. About my pet: I have an -year-old cat named Kovu. She’s super friendly, loves attention, and is very relaxed—she usually just naps throughout the day. Kovu has lived with both dogs and cats before and gets along well with them.
