Hi there! My husband and I are looking for a roommate to fill a 2 bed 2 bath apartment here in Azusa right up against beautiful Azusa Canyon! We are currently in a 1 bed 1 bath here and we absolutely love the apartment complex! The grounds are beautiful and well kept up, its quiet, the amenities are always very clean, and they have the best manager and maintenance you could ever ask for! We have also always felt extremely safe living here. We would be signing on to an official lease together which means there may be qualifications you need to meet for the complex. Rent would be around $1400 and utilities arent too expensive as Azusa has their own power company! Rent includes 1 parking spot but there is also plenty of street parking and limited visitor parking. Washer and dryer also in unit!! We do have 3 cats and we are hoping to find someone who may enjoy their company as they are very sweet and love people! We are extremely friendly and dont drink, smoke, do drugs, or party. We are very LGBTQ+ friendly ❤️ We also please ask for no drama ❤️
