Roommate or Room to rent, lacey/oly

Hi! I'm 27 and looking for a roommate or shared housing around April 2027, when my current lease ends.
Ideally, I'd love to find someone who wants to look for a place together, but I'm also open to renting a room in an existing place if it works! I currently live and work in Lacey and I'm planning to return to school. I'd prefer to stay in Lacey/Oly area as long as there's convenient public transportation. I don't drive, so being able to get to work by bus is important to me. I'm a fairly quiet, easygoing homebody. I enjoy baking, spending time with my animals, and having a comfortable space to relax. I'm hoping to find a peaceful, friendly household where we can enjoy each other's company but also respect each other's privacy and personal space.
I have two dogs, as well as a pet ball python who lives in his enclosure.
Finding someone who loves dogs, or is genuinely comfortable having them around, is really important to me. My dogs can be kenneled when nobody is home, but I'd love to find a place where they're welcome to hang out and relax in the shared living spaces when someone is home, rather than having to stay shut away in my bedroom.
I'm not looking for anyone to take care of my animals though! I'll still be fully responsible for their feeding, grooming, exercise, cleaning, and care. I just want everyone, including the dogs, to feel comfortable living together. I'd love to live with someone who's friendly, responsible, communicative, and respectful. I'm not really a party person, I'd like minimal parties or unexpected guests, especially since I'll be balancing work and school. I'd generally prefer a woman but I'm open to anyone who's respectful and seems like a good fit. I'm looking for something affordable and stable, ideally with reasonable upfront move-in costs. I'm happy to discuss different arrangements and see what might work for everyone.
