The nearest underground station is Haggerston, which is 5 minutes walk away. There are direct buses going to Liverpool st / Old st / London Bridge / Oxford circus / Waterloo / Victoria / Walthamstow. There is a large Tesco / Sainsburys 15 mins walk as well as small shops around the corner.
