Hi, my name is Zana. I am a 36-year old professional. I am looking for a roommate. The room is in The Colony. The monthly rent is $1500 and the room is available between 11/16 and 12/1. Rent covers the room, private bathroom, shared common space and all utilities (gas, electric, water, trash, WiFi). I have 2 dogs and 3 cats in the home that spend most of the day in the living room and kitchen areas. Laundry room has the washer and dryer (full size) but also has the litter boxes and cat’s feeding area. Parking garage is available and free to park at any level but access to residential garage will require you to be added to my lease once approved by my leasing office. We have a rooftop pool, bbq area, rooftop gym and rooftop lounges available to you. Key fob will be provided so you can access these amenities. Absolutely NO visitors are allowed in the apartment due to my German Shepherd, as well as privacy purposes. Looking for a female roommate who is clean, financially stable and okay with pets. Must commit to a 10-11 month lease. If you need to move out sooner than that, there is an early termination fee equal to your rent amount.
