• I have two other Str. roommates, 33 and 65, good guys, been here 9 months and 2.5 years.
• One person per room ✔ We all maintain a clean bedroom ✔ Roommates take turns equally in cleaning their shared bathroom.
• Limits on guests and overnight stays to keep things on the down low.
• Prefer someone working full time on a first or some second shift schedule outside the home ✔ Limited work from home.
• No smoking in or out, drugs, or heavy drinking ✔ You're welcome to have a good time, just within limits.
