Parking is available in the driveway when designated or on the street. 📋 REQUIREMENTS & HOUSE RULES Applicants must be responsible, clean, respectful, and able to provide proof of income. Rent must be paid on time. No overnight guests. No smoking, alcohol, or illegal drugs inside the home. Tenants must respect the privacy, peace, and personal property of everyone living in the house. The backyard is off-limits because a security dog protects that area of the property. There is tolerance for theft, fighting, violence, threats, or illegal activity.
