Looking for a female roommate!!
We are a group of 3 and are in need of 1 more person. We will be living in an apartment together on the Westside of Santa Cruz, 1 double and 2 singles. Rent is around $1,100 and you will be sharing the room with me (female). The apartment has 2 bathrooms, one in the double and one for the singles. There is a washer and dryer in the unit as well! A lovely living room where we could all make fun memories and chill out. Additionally there a balcony that has a great view. Theres also a small storage space if needed. This is a prime location for students since it’s only 10 minutes from the base of campus. Little bit about me: My name is Rebecca, I’m an incoming sophomore student at UCSC majoring in Chemistry.
