Apt Hunting and Roommate seeking

I’m currently apartment hunting and looking for a compatible roommate who would be interested in finding a semi-permanent home together in the Azle/Lake Worth area. I’m open to either male or female roommates, ideally between the ages of 21–30. A little about me: I’m 22, responsible, clean, and pretty easygoing. I’m more of a homebody, so I really value having a comfortable, peaceful place to come home to. I enjoy having a cozy space, watching shows, cooking, relaxing, and spending time with my cats. I’m social once I’m comfortable with someone, but I also respect personal space and understand that everyone needs their own time. I have two friendly cats who can be a little shy at first but warm up once they’re comfortable. They’re used to people and do well around dogs, so I’m open to a roommate who has a friendly dog as well. I’m hoping to find someone who is responsible with rent and bills, respectful of shared spaces, communicates well, and is looking for more than just a temporary living situation. I’d love to find someone who I genuinely get along with so we can create a comfortable home environment rather than just splitting a lease with a stranger.I’m definitely open to getting to know each other first, talking about budgets, expectations, cleanliness, schedules, pets, and what we’re both looking for before making any decisions.
