The apartment includes: • 2 bedrooms and 1 shared bathroom • Furnished room with wardrobe • Kitchen and dining area • Balcony • Washing machine and dryer 💰 Rent: • 1 person: $325 AUD/week + bills • Couple: $390 AUD/week + bills 🚗 If you have a car, a parking space inside the building is available at no extra cost. 💡 Bills are split 50/50. 🔑 Bond: $1,000 AUD 📅 Available from the first week of October.
