Appreciate considerate, outgoing, hardworking people. Prefer tenants who are working or going to school outside the house. I have a cat and not accepting pets in this room. I may also rent my attic room, so there may be a third person.
Simple Rules include...
* No smoking of any kind anywhere on the property.
* Kitchen use limited to light cooking without pungent lingering odors.

Entrance to the bathroom is inside my bedroom. I have a cat and the litter box is inside your bathroom. So you must be used to having a cat. Room has queen bed, linens, desk, dresser, tv, mini fridge. The room is very private and quiet. All bills paid. Month to month lease. Use of kitchen and laundry. Peaceful home, no drama. Parking is on street. No smoking of any kind anywhere on the property. You must have a job and work outside the house. Available 9/13. Just pass a criminal background check, pay rent, move. Easy process.
