I am renting out a bedroom in my downtown Calgary apartment Rent is 1100/month all in, I can inquire about parking, but it is expensive so this space would be ideal for someone who leads a walking/transit lifestyle. There is a grocery store about a 15 min walk, close to all major bus lines, and the trains. Building is connected to the +15 making getting around a breeze. Unit has a balcony, in-suite washer and dryer and AC. Large kitchen and bathroom, fully stocked. Apartment is furnished, just need to provide your bedroom furniture! I am a student and work as a waitress so I have early classes and later nights so I value someone clean, respectful and ideally quieter during the week. I am a social individual myself so I do hope this space can be somewhere both you and I can comfortable bring our friends with open communication and mutual respect and understanding. Overnight guests is something that can be discussed on occasion. This space will be HEAVILY prioritized to females. NO COUPLES. This space is required for you to come in pet free HOWEVER, there is a 2 year old cat already in the space so PLEASE only reach out if you are pet friendly and comfortable with cats! She is incredibly friendly and will want to engage with you so it is crucial not only you and I get along, but also you and my animal.
