Lease is up in October so I am looking for a 1 bdrm w/ private bath in the Bethesda/Rockville/Gaithersburg area. Could be as short as 6 months, but ideally 12 months. I have a car so parking is needed. Looking to spend no more than $1,200. I’m clean, quiet, and respectful and generally keep to myself although some socializing is good.
