Hi! I'm looking for a responsible and respectful roommate to share my spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment. You'll have the master bedroom and private bathroom all to yourself, giving you plenty of privacy and space to relax and feel at home. The room is unfurnished, so you can decorate and furnish it to fit your style. One of the best things about this living arrangement is that you'll often have the apartment to yourself. I work weekdays from about 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM and every other weekend, so the apartment is usually very quiet during the day. Amenities include Swimming pool

Sidewalks throughout the area for walking, jogging, or running
Planet Fitness only 5-10 minutes away and open 24 hours.
Pool and Fitness Center Hours Monday through Friday: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Sunday: Pool open from sunrise to sunset (fitness center closed)

Smoking is welcome on the balcony.
Guests are fine occasionally, but please keep them to a minimum.
I really do not have any guest. The only house guest is my signficant other.
This is a peaceful home and not set up for parties.
