Just graduated in May and looking to move to to Philly to shorten my commute to work. Looking for a solid roommate to make the transition easier and split rent while I get settled. I’m pretty low-key, not a party person, but like to socialize. I’m respectful about shared spaces and happy to figure out chores, quiet hours, and expectations upfront so we’re on the same page.
