I’m looking for one serious, respectful resident for The Rock House, a clean and peaceful private-room/co-living home in FTL. This is for someone who wants more than just a room: a calm, stable home where people respect each other, keep shared spaces clean, and stay focused on work, school, saving money, fitness, business, creativity, or building their next chapter. This is not a party house. The Rock House is meant to feel peaceful, organized, and well-managed. The room is expected to be around $1,100/month plus shared/divided utilities. Monthly home services include lawn care, pest control, and cleaning service, helping keep the home comfortable and organized. Move-in target: September 1st, pending final approval. I’m narrowing this room down now and doing quick calls with strong fits today. A deposit portion may be needed by Saturday, Aug. 22nd to hold the room once everything is confirmed. Ideal fit:
