Move in by September 1, 2026 – 3BR/1BA Fremont House – Pets OK – $1,700 I'm looking for someone to take over my spot on the lease in a spacious 3-bedroom, 1-bath duplex in Seattle's Fremont neighborhood. I'm relocating for work and need a replacement by September 1 (flexible move-in after mid-August). The House: We rent the upper unit of a duplex with two floors. Downstairs includes a bathroom, large kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, two living areas, and a vacant guest bedroom. Upstairs has two bedrooms, including the available unfurnished room. The room is bright and spacious with a walk-in closet and private access to a large attic storage area. The house also has a front porch/patio, one included parking space, and is a very walkable location (Walk Score 96). It is close to shops, restaurants, the library, and the 28, 40, 5, 62, and 31/32 bus lines. Electric is billed every two months. Wi-Fi is already set up. Pets are welcome, and there are currently no pets in the home. Your Roommate: You'll be living with a 29F who has rented here since 2023. She's tidy, easygoing, and communicative. She is currently doing consulting work and may attend law school in the near future. She enjoys travel and speaks English, Russian, and Spanish. Lease & Rent: Rent is $1,700/month. About a year remains on the lease, so this is best for someone seeking long-term housing. The roommate is open to adding a third tenant to the downstairs bedroom, which would reduce your share to about $1,100/month. Open to an individual or a couple of any gender.
