Private Bedroom + Bathroom in 2BR/2BA – Manassas, VA – $945/mo + Utilities Looking for someone to take over my spot on the lease in a 2 bed / 2 bath apartment in Manassas (20109). I’m relocating out of state this fall and am looking for someone to replace me on the existing lease for the remainder (through January 18, 2027). $945 month + utilities. The apartment is conveniently located right off of 66 and near multiple shopping plazas/restaurants. You’ll have your own private bedroom and bathroom and share the kitchen/living areas with one roommate. The apartment has AC, a washer and dryer in-unit, and a balcony patio. This is an official roommate replacement through the leasing office—not an informal sublease. You’ll complete an application directly through management ($50 application fee), and once approved, you’ll be added to the lease. Move-in: Flexible, ideally sometime this fall. We can discuss timing. I want to find someone who will be a good fit with my current roommate, so I’m looking for someone clean, respectful, reliable, and easy to live with; ideally a woman. My roommate does not own any pets but is potentially open to animals! Hypoallergenic would be preferred. The apartment complex also has a recently renovated pool, clubhouse with a small kitchen and lounge area with TVs, dog park, a gym with a sauna and hot tub, and tennis court.
