Looking for a 3rd Roommate – Move-In: 10/01 We’re looking for a third roommate to fill the spot of our current roomie. We’re both gay men and are looking for someone who is respectful, reliable, extremely clean, and fun to be around. We’d love someone who enjoys hanging out at home from time to time and is LGBTQ+ friendly. Details: * 📍 Located in South Philadelphia, right across from Mifflin Square Park (near the stadiums)
* 💰 $900/month + 1/3 of utilities
* 🗓️ Move-in date: October 1
