We are looking to have someone take over our lease at our apartment until March 2027. There is an option to re-sign the lease in 2027 if interested. 1 bed, 1 bath. The unit is on the 1st floor and has a nice private porch area as well. $1,472/month. Utilities are seperate (typically $50-100 extra per month). 1 unground parking spot is included. In unit laundry. Common area has a pool, hot tub, rec. area, and workout area as well. East side of Madison near the airport. We are flexible on a move in date but looking toward August or September 2026. Feel free to ask questions or for a tour if interested. Great place to stay but we are looking to move out (finding a larger place).
