Looking for two roommates

Hi, my name is Charles. I am a 30-year old professional and I've been renting in this townhouse with my friends for the past four years. The two rooms have opened up as two of my current roommates are moving out this summer. At home I am a hobbyist maker and rent the basement and backyard as a workspace separate from the rest of the house (I do keep any power tool use to a minimum and never close to sleeping hours). However I am a friendly person and get along well with most people, but can keep to myself in general day to day. I do like to have friends over occasionally on weekends and also host the occasional party for holidays and special celebrations (halloween, 4th of july, birthdays, and such). I also like to keep active in the gym, or with other sports. Keep the house clean and tidy especially in the kitchen and other shared spaces by being proactive about dishes and being a shoes off household is a priority. The landlord is an elderly lady and she is quite nice and accomodating on any issues with the house that come up. I am looking for other similarly younger professionals that work in the area that are friendly, easy to get along with, and thoughtful of others. Two rooms available for rent with a shared living room, dining room, kitchen space, and a deck in a two story town house with a basement. The two rooms are on the top floor and share a bathroom and hallway closet. The townhouse features new appliances for the dishwasher, washer, dryer, and water heater. The house is semi furnished in the living spaces and the rooms will be unfurnished for new roommates. Within walking distance of the Greensboro metro station. Parking on the property is two marked spots in front of the townhouse (I use one spot currently). More parking is avaiable at the corner of the street and the next street over (that always has space). All spots are residential. The townhouse and the larger community belong to an HOA who keep the neighborhood looking nice.
