I’m looking to sublease my room at The Retreat at USF! There is also another room available if you’re interested in living with one friend. This is a girls-only apartment.
Rent: $1,093/month
The unit is a Lumpkin A floor plan with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. My fully furnished bedroom includes a bed, desk, nightstand, dresser, a private bathroom, and a very spacious walk-in closet. My room also overlooks the dog park, making it a great location within the community.
There are already two girls living in the apartment, and they are both super sweet, respectful, and easy to live with!
The apartment features a fully furnished living room, an in-unit washer and dryer, and is located in a gated community for added security. The Retreat also has amazing amenities, including a beautiful resort-style pool and a large fitness center. Best of all, it’s located directly across the street from USF!
