Hello! I’m looking for female roommates to share a 4 bedroom, 1.5 bath house near UB South Campus. I maintain a peaceful, safe and clean environment:-) The Property: Single family home in a college neighborhood, near UB South Campus 16 minute walk to UB South Campus, 5 minute bike ride, 5 minute drive 5 minute walk to 7-Eleven, nearby restaurants 2 minute drive to the Hertel strip One large bedroom and 2 medium sized bedrooms available One full bathroom and one half bathroom (Shared) Free washer and dryer in basement Backyard for roommate use Dishwasher The bedroom can be furnished with a bed or unfurnished Month to month lease I keep the place clean, comfy and maintained About Me: I’m the 3th roommate (4 in total) I’m a non-traditional student and I work so I’m pretty busy. I’ve hosted roommates for years and I know how to keep the house safe and comfortable for all. I’m a social introvert, happy to chat with roommates or leave you to yourself. Who we are looking for: All roommates will be women Must be a student or have a job Must pass a background check easily Not a heavy drinker No illegal drug use A clean person who is cooperative and respectful Must be queer-friendly Ideally, this is not your first time living with roommates- but if so, we’ll talk. Rules you should know: This is student housing- the needs of students will be have to be prioritized (quiet hours at an agreed upon time, etc.) No smoking indoors Guests are allowed within reason and at my discretion, for everyone’s safety and comfort. Never enter a roommates room without permission Do not touch/use a roommates things without express permission (same with food and kitchen items) Safety is priority #1 (lock the doors etc) Reach out if you’re interested.
