Room for rent in 1895 restored Victorian home. Shared bathroom with 1 person, kitchen with attached balcony. Central AC and heat, original hardwood floors. Lots of character! It's walking distance to DTLA, right on a designated bike route on 7th street (we have a bike rack in the front yard), 2 blocks to the Metro, and a block from 5 LA shared electric cars. Street parking only. If you drive often, this will not be a good fit for you! Rent is $775 per month with $775 deposit. Utilities are shared among all housemates. We also have a washer/dryer. Looking for a housemate that is respectful and clean. Vibes of the house are friendly, not a party scene. Location: Convenient to DTLA, Echo Park, MacArthur Park, Koreatown, Loyola Law School, Southwestern Law School, USC, and lots of other places. Note: I am posting as a landlord who doesn’t live on the property anymore, but I did for many years!
