The apartment features stunning lakeside views and community amenities. 💰 Rent & Utilities:Price: $800/monthIncluded: Electricity, Water, High-Speed Wi-Fi Lease Term: Immediate move-in through March 29th, 2027 (9 months) 🛌 The Room & Shared Space: Spacious room with a walk-in closet. Features a lovely lakeside view right from the apartment. Can come furnished with a twin bed and box spring if needed (or we can clear it out for your own furniture). Includes an optional mini-fridge for your room if you’d like it! Dedicated pantry/storage space: Includes a plastic shelving unit you can use in our storage closet or move directly into your room. The 2nd bathroom is shared with only on person, but it is kept very clean and meticulously maintained. 🌳 Resort-Style Community Amenities (MAA Town Park):Gated community (gate code and pass provided upon move-in). 🏠 Household & House Rules: We are a Telugu/English family household. There are of us. We maintain a warm, respectful, and family-friendly environment. To keep our home peaceful, we look for a roommate who fits the following:No pets allowed. Quiet Hours: No loud music or TV past 11:00 PM. No parties, but guests are absolutely fine!
