Hi, my name is Matt. I am a 40-year old professional. I am looking for a roommate to share my place in Mission Valley. Place is currently furnished so you would only need to furnish your room. Condo is a smart home with A/C, dishwasher, and washer and dryer in unit. You also get your own bathroom and parking within the complex. Additionally, we get overnight guest parking limited to 5 nights a month. Plenty of street parking is also available. Complex includes gym, pool, spa and is well landscaped. Close to the trolley line for quick access to Old Town or Downtown. Responsible for 1/2 of utilities (SDG&E, wi-fi, plus monthly maid service ~ $150) all others included in the $1650 monthly rent plus $1650 deposit. Lease would be from month-to-month and is available July 1st with flexible dates. I would perfer a longterm roommate. No pets or couples. Looking for someone who is clean and respectful and will take care of the place. LBGT+ friendly. I am very low key usually staying in my room after work or at the gym and in bed by 10pm on the weeknights. Weekends I stay up later have a drink and watch TV and do whatever on the weekends (beach, gym, restaurant, going out, hang with friends). Send me a message about yourself and why you want the room.
