Hi! I’m searching for a roommate to rent a house with (possibly apt or townhome if we find right place, right location). I am going through divorce. I have two cats, so you can’t have pets or kids. Preferably a female who is also in her 30s-40s. Must be able to afford approx up to $1000/month for rent as the places in local area are about $2000/month for decent, 2-3 bed, 2 ba. Looking to rent in proximity to downtown Woodstock, Holly springs area near exits 8-11 on 575. You: are open minded, clean, quiet, respectful, loving, genuine. Bonus points if you are also into spirituality! I’m wanting to find a roommate and place by July.
