The monthly rent is $875, and all utilities, lawn care, and monthly cleaning is a flat $75. The security deposit is $500, move-in fee is $100. Flexible lease options are available (3-12+ months). It's available now for the summer, and a second room will be available between July 1st and August 1st for the fall. The house is located in Washington Park. Great location: a 2-min bike ride to Beltline! Midtown, GA Tech, and GA State are 10 min away, and the Glenwood Kroger is only a 10-min drive as well (the best in the city). 15-min walk to MB Stadium and 6-min to Ashby Station (super convenient for the World Cup!). The other tenants in this house are all young professional males in their 20s. This bedroom shares a bathroom with one other person. This bedroom has a queen-sized bed, full-size closet, dresser, nightstands, lamps, desk, chair, blackout curtains, ceiling fan, shoe rack, power strips, and a Roku TV.
