Hey! I’m Joshua, a creative professional originally from Omaha, Nebraska, making my way to New York. I’m a writer, musician, and brand consultant who works mostly independently, so I’m home often but keep a pretty focused, low-drama rhythm.
I’m intentional about my space. Clean, respectful of shared areas, and someone who genuinely values good energy in a home. I’m not the type to throw parties or have a revolving door of guests. More likely to be at my desk working on a project, going for a walk, or playing music quietly. I’m social when the moment calls for it, but I also respect that everyone needs their own peace.
What I’m looking for is simple: a room in a home where people actually take care of the space and treat each other with respect. I don’t need a best friend, but good vibes and basic courtesy go a long way.
A little more about me: I’ve spent years working in nonprofits, creative consulting, and music. I bring that same thoughtfulness into how I live. I keep my space tidy, I communicate well, and I won’t make your home feel like a hotel lobby or a frat house.
